How long until my tree arrives?
Made-to-order trees take 12–20 days at the bench, plus 5–7 days for shipping. Premium pieces may take 21–30 days. You receive an estimated date when the maker accepts your commission.
Can I return a tree?
Custom-made pieces are non-refundable once the maker has begun work. Pre-order is 50% of total. Catalogue trees follow standard 14-day returns if unused and undamaged.
What if it doesn't look like the schematic preview?
It won't — and that's the point. The schematic shows direction (size, silhouette, color), not the final composition. The maker interprets your parameters through her artistic vision.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Tracked shipping included for trees over $500 within US/EU; flat $35 for the rest. Trees are wrapped in unbleached linen, then double-boxed with foam protection.
How do I care for a beaded tree?
Keep it out of direct sunlight (beads can fade) and away from steam. Dust occasionally with a soft brush. Many pieces have been with their owners for over a decade.
